Meet Our Pastors

Pastor Catalin Dima came to know the Lord as a teenager in Communist Romania. He worked as a youth leader there and also helped to plant a number of churches in the villages around the Romanian capital of Bucharest. He immigrated to the United States and married the love of his life, Kelly, in 2004.

Kelly Dima grew up in Minnesota and is a graduate of Bethel College and Seminary. Combined together, Catalin and Kelly have over 50 years of ministry experience. From a very young age they both have felt a call to help people discover that living for God is the way to live a meaningful life.

Catalin and Kelly live in the Hanover, Minnesota, with their sons Alec, Manny, and Benjamin.

Meet Our Worship Leaders

Justin and Kristen Bazzani are a husband and wife team who have been leading worship together since they met in 2017. They live in St. Michael with their 4 children: William, Silas, Nora, and Josiah.

Justin attended college for music and previously led worship for a local church. Kristen attended North Central University and grew up leading worship.

Together, they have been helping local churches build their worship teams and bring new life into their creative ministry. Justin and Kristen are passionate about cultivating a culture of worship where people can encounter God’s presence and experience his love.

Meet Our Youth Leaders

Mario and Julia Hadley are newlyweds with a passion for Next Gen. Mario encountered Jesus in a powerful way at a youth group service when he was 16. He realized that Jesus had been with him his whole life even though he didn’t grow up in church. Mario has experience as a volunteer youth leader for two summers at River Valley Church along with lots ministry experience with college students at Bethel University. His hobbies include Jiu Jitsu, hockey, fishing, and playing guitar.  His heart is to build a strong and uplifting community with student while having fun! Serving Jesus is so joyful and exciting, especially when we do it together!

Julia gave her life to Christ at 18 years old while serving in the Military. She has been working with Influence Next Gen since summer 2022, including being a camp counselor at summer camp. She is excited to grow with influence youth and be an example of a God-fearing woman. Julia has a desire to create a community of youth that will foster relationships with others and the Lord.
